This is real consulting work, done before any commitment, because we would rather show you the opportunity than describe it.
This is the decision point, and it is designed to be the calmest part of the process. You review the roadmap and decide whether the opportunity justifies moving forward. If it does, we sign a performance agreement together. It defines, in writing:

After implementation, results are measured against the locked baseline over an agreed window, typically 60 to 90 days. The comparison happens in your numbers, not our claims: costs before, costs after, verified line by line.
The outcome is a Verified Savings Report, and you review it first. Only after you have seen and accepted the verified result is the fee settled, calculated from verified savings alone. If the savings are not there, there is nothing to settle.
