Who we are and what these terms cover

This site and the Business Analysis are operated by Qonnex, part of Wichita Group, from its United States headquarters in New Jersey. These terms cover your use of the site and the free analysis only. Paid client engagements are governed separately by a written agreement signed by both parties; nothing on this site creates an engagement or a binding offer.

The Business Analysis and its estimate

The Business Analysis produces an estimated savings range from the answers you provide and from benchmark assumptions. It is an informational estimate for your own planning, not an offer, a promise of results, a valuation, or financial, legal, or tax advice. Real outcomes depend on your operation and are established only through the verification process defined in an engagement agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

Accounts

Some features ask you to create an account. Keep your login details confidential, use accurate information, and tell us promptly of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account, and we may suspend accounts that appear compromised or misused.

Acceptable use

• Provide only information you are entitled to share
• Do not probe, overload, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service
• Do not scrape, copy, or republish site content at scale without written permission
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, or misrepresent who you are
• Do not use the site to build a competing dataset or model

Intellectual property

The site, its content and design, the Qonnex name and marks, and the analysis engine are owned by Qonnex or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may share links and short quotations with attribution; any other reuse, reproduction, or adaptation needs our written permission. Feedback you send us may be used without obligation to you.

Third-party links and services

The site may link to third-party sites and relies on third-party providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's own terms.

Disclaimers

The site and the analysis are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Qonnex and Wichita Group are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the free estimate, or for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Indemnity

You agree to cover the reasonable losses we incur from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms, to the extent those losses are caused by you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey for any dispute, unless mandatory local law gives you another forum.
