How your business data is handled
Last updated: August 2026
The analysis asks real questions about your operations, so you deserve a plain-English account of what happens to your answers. This page is written for buyers; the Privacy policy covers the legal detail.
What the analysis collects
The Business Analysis collects your answers to structured questions: what kind of business you run, roughly how large it is, which departments and systems you operate, where you believe money is being lost, and optionally an operating-cost range. Everything financial is captured as a range you select, never as documents or account access.
If you create an account after the analysis, we also collect your name and work email so your report can reach you.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in an access-controlled database hosted with our infrastructure provider, encrypted in transit and at rest. Lead notifications are delivered to a single monitored company mailbox.
Who can see it
The Qonnex strategists preparing your report, and nobody else. Your answers are never shared with third parties, never sold, and never used to train public AI models.
How long we keep it
Analysis submissions that never become an engagement are deleted within twelve months. If you become a client, your data moves under the engagement agreement, which defines access and retention in writing.
Deletion on request
Write to us from the Contact page and we will delete your submission and confirm it, normally within five business days. You do not need to give a reason.
During an engagement
- Access to your systems is scoped in writing before anything is touched
- Credentials are stored in a managed secrets vault, never in documents or chat
- Your team can revoke access at any time
- Everything we build and the data in it belongs to you
